Our stock of cellos for advanced to professional players changes constantly and it is worth your while calling us to enquire about it or letting us know about what you are looking for so that we put you on our wanted list. Better still, visit us and try them. We have a number of old instruments as well as new ones made by contemporary makers.

We encourage customers to relax and enjoy trying our instruments to ensure you make the right choice.  You will have the opportunity to spend as much time as needed in one of our dedicated “trying out” rooms because all cellos, and especially professional cellos and those for conservatoire students are an investment that require time and consideration.

We strongly recommend that you experience our whole range of new, used and antique cellos.  As well as a large selection of second hand cellos and antique cellos, we have many new instruments by contemporary makers that are well worth trying.

Please contact Cardiff Violins for an appointment on 029 20 22 77 61.

For our full range of upgrades, services, repairs and restoration, please click here.

The instruments below are for illustration purposes only, as our stock turns over on a regular basis. To guarantee the confidentiality of all sales, we do not advertise the price of our antique cellos, our professional cellos or those suitable for conservatoire students.

The instruments below are examples of what we can offer, but some of them might have been already sold so please do call us on 02920227761 to enquire.  We aim to add as many instruments as possible to this page. However, it is a fairly lengthy process so please bear with us!
